Eating in a way that fuels you (instead of numbing you)
Setting boundaries so you’re not running yourself into the ground
Giving yourself permission to take up space, not just physically, but emotionally
Looking after yourself is the only way you can keep showing up fully for the people who matter most.
Support Isn’t Self-Sacrifice
Here’s the part no one teaches you:
You can be there for your family AND yourself.
In fact, when you start looking after your own health, mentally, physically, emotionally...
